Mr. Marcio De Oliveira has been the President of Innovation Labs Group at Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. since July 26, 2016. Mr. De Oliveira served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at C1 Financial, Inc since July 2, 2013. He oversees Information Technology department and the C1 Labs team. He is a Co-Inventor of the technology for which C1 Bank has filed seven patent applications. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at C1 Bank since 2010. He served as the Chief Information Officer of C1 Bank since 2010 and C1 Financial, Inc. since July 2, 2013. He served as Director of Product Development at United Systems, a software development, network services and cloud solutions company, from 2007 to 2010. Mr. De Oliveira received his Bachelor's degree at Hodges University before earning a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Webster University.
