Mr. Tim Hicks serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director of Investor Relations of Bank of the Ozarks. Mr. Hicks served as Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President of Bank of the Ozarks since September 2016. Mr. Hicks served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance at Bank of the Ozarks since 2012. He served as a Director of Investor Relations of Alltel Corporation since May 2007. Mr. Hicks joined Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. in 2009 and served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance until 2012. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Hicks served as Director of Investor Relations and Assistant Treasurer of a publicly traded telecommunications company. Prior to 2006, he held various positions with a big-four public accounting firm, leaving as a senior audit manager. Mr. Hicks is a C.P.A. and holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from Hendrix College.
