Mr. Tyler Vance has been the Chief Banking Officer of Bank of the Ozarks since May 2011 and also has been its Chief Operating Officer since October 4, 2013. Mr. Vance served as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking at Bank of the Ozarks since 2009. Mr. Vance joined Bank of the Ozarks in 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2009. From 2001 to 2006, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a Competitor Bank. From 1996 to 2000, he served various positions with a big-four public accounting firm. He served as a Director of Bank of the Ozarks from 2015 to May 16, 2016. Mr. Vance is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Ouachita Baptist University.
