What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a major disconnect between upper, middle, and lower management. They’re losing top performers quickly.

Rampant favoritism throughout the company. It’s sad. This company has so much potential to be great but at every turn it gets in the way of itself. I’d consider them barely good when they should be really great!

Coworkers are amazing. Most of them try very hard to succeed.

Management uses scare tactics and agressive behavior to bully employees
