RUN FOR THE HILLS THIS JOB IS AWFUL!!! The pay to work ratio is awful I can barely pay my bills They have so much pride about their company but yet cannot take care of their employees As they should to combat them properly against the economy. The time off is awful It's hard to get time off!

What do you value most about this brand?

great customer service and especially imaging

What can this brand most improve?

BayCare is turning their physicians into robots. I call them check the box docs. They stare at their computers and don't listen to the patients. I have finally found an independent physician &it is like it should be!! Its called patient care. Physicians need assistants to to data entry. Wake Up!

Terrible pay and people who run departments think the changes rhey make are great and fhey are terrible-- LOW pay for this job makes it stink wven more
