Started off great... then came the unkept promises. Getting time off, Impossible. Management makes promises, only to say and I quote "Never mind. That's not what we need now." Praises how they are a "Family" friendly and an "Education" first hospital... yet never care to even talk about any change
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually fulfilling their promises and listen to what their team needs.
