They are disorganized at best. Seems set schedules that are adhered to would help

The owners and manager could listen to people who know and suggest better ways of doing things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've had to bring our own supplies in to complete the job. I am exlpected to work above and beyond the measley minnimum wage I'm paid. On pay day, we don't get paid until after some banks close for the weekend.
