From August 2001 to April 2004, Mr. Offerdahl was President and Chief Executive Officer of Traq-Wireless, Inc. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Offerdahl served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Pervasive Software, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 1998. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Offerdahl was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration of Tivoli Systems, Inc., which was acquired by International Business Machines Corp. in March 1996. Mr. Offerdahl holds an M.B.A. in Management and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University.
