Kelly Trammell — Executive Vice President of Services at Bazaarvoice

Mr. Kelly Trammell has been Executive Vice President of Services at Bazaarvoice, Inc. since June 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Services. Mr. Trammell is responsible for leading Bazaarvoice global strategy consulting, implementation, managed services, technical support, network and content integrity and insights services business units. He serves as Managing Director of Technology and IT Risk Management at Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry, including IT risk management, outsourced technology services, information security, IT compliance and electronic banking. He joined SCS through the acquisition of Servique LLC where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Servique, he served as the Managing Director of NetIQ's Global Services division. Prior to NetIQ, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Facetime Communications, a leading communications software provider on the West Coast and before that, Managing Director for IBM Global Services where he was in charge of IBM's Internet Banking solutions and services on a worldwide basis. Prior to IBM, he was with the international audit and consulting firm, KPMG where he served as its National Partner-in-charge of KPMG's Electronic Commerce practice and as a member of its Regional Management Committee. He worked as a Partner in KPMG's Financial Services Audit practice. Mr. Trammell is certified as a CPA, CFE and CISA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law School.
