Knowing their employees. Knowing the health and wellbeing of their employees. They dont care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits are needed: Any PTO, matching 401k, etc.
Basically a machine spitting out work somebody else takes all the credit for

Checking on subordinates, dont even train you

Basically everything, feel like the "company" doesnt even know i exist

Basically everything, company should know by now, they just dont care
There has been a strong cultural shift towards delivering a minimum viable product rather than something to be proud to deliver.
