What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are Easy to contact
My supervisor (not manager) and my PI are two of the best people I've ever worked with. There are flaws with the overhead as any company, but it's not so horrible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Multiple health insurance tiers and options
The benefits and sick time are nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a productive research team.
Everyone (even the manager whom I'm not thrilled about) is kind and helpful and is happy to be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a great PI.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not have an interview process. I was dragged across the country by my PI to complete my PhD.
It was casual, in my PIs office and not a random conference room. It was a pleasant conversation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the research that I do.
I love my work. i love science, and my coworkers are helpful to reach goals
