leading, managing, generally looking like they care about their employees. Not blowing vape smoke all over the office space.

Meetings are a show. Much is talked about but nothing happens.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No vaping, pool only at break times, flexibility in working style. Managers actually having training on how to manage people. HR presence.
