Whether sincerely or not, the company generally takes care of its employees as far as I've observed. Compensation, holiday schedule, benefits, wellness programs, etc. are all the best I've had. And while I've worked at some terrible places, I've worked at a lot of places in 25 years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is fair (at least for me) and healthcare benefits aren't nickel-and-dime, as they are with some people I know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My group within the company is comprised of thoughtful, capable people who aren't ego-mad bulldozers. Results may vary by group, though.
