Beam suntory pays good compensation package

Bonus and incentives, health care

Annual bonuses pay out every year. We also have a regular 401K plus an additional profit sharing program that pays out roughly 7-10% of your salary as a lump sum into your 401K once a year. PTO time is also generous with 20 days to start. 3 different health plan options as well.
