Everyone is committed to overall success, the company is not overly political.
Our team believes in each other, really shares what keeps them from being effective showing trust with each other and we all work together to help meet each others goals/tasks. It starts at the top that we share our needs and our resources.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We treat each other like family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My new company is very y diverse no intimidation what so ever.
I was interviewed multiple times with people from different departments. I really was able to understand who i would be working with and if was comfortable with them, great process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with great team members. We have a very talented staff that is knowledgeable and empowered to do great things.
