Mr. Arun Shukla has been Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group, LLC since September 2016. Mr. Shukla served as a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance practice at FTI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Shukla was responsible for the implementation of performance improvement and workplace transformation products and services. Mr. Shukla worked extensively with clients on projects aimed at revenue enhancement and business complexity reduction. Mr. Shukla is expertise in Corporate Finance and Operational Improvement. Mr. Shukla had also a hands-on expert in Enterprise Resource Planning software in finance and controlling, customer relationship management, business warehouse and supply chain management. He has 25 years of international experience, including business asset rationalization; supply chain management; e-commerce; supplier and customer relationship management; network optimization and inventory management. His international experience also includes products and services portfolio management; working capital management; financial and operational information integration; outsourcing performance audits and program management office. For major corporations, Mr. Shukla worked as Practitioner, Vendor, Service Provider and Advisor in several industries, including automotive; building products; chemicals; pharmaceuticals; commodities; software; hardware and semiconductor. Mr. Shukla has led business process improvement projects for major corporations including BHP; Bristol Myers; Computer Associates; Dell; IBM; Fortune Brands; Johnson and Johnson; Kimberly Clark; Mars; Microsoft; NASA; SAP and Siemens. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Shukla held senior positions in various global corporations, including Tata, BHP Billiton, Kepner-Tregoe and SAP AG. Mr. Shukla is a Published Author in the Journal of Cost Management and Plant Engineering. He is the Faculty Speaker for Society of Manufacturing Engineers, National Manufacturing Week and Help Desk Institute. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Lean Practitioner in services and manufacturing. Mr. Shukla holds an M.A. in Management from a joint program between the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and Sasin Graduate School at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Mr. Shukla holds a B.S. in Technology from the Institute of Technology in India.
