Mr. David Najvar Co-founded and serves as Principal and Office Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC. Mr. Najvar served as Senior Managing Consultant and Office Director at LECG, Llc from 1998 to 2010. Mr. Najvar has extensive experience with large-scale antitrust litigation and merger analysis as well as matters involving intellectual property, commercial damages, and business valuation. Mr. Najvar has consulted on numerous projects in a wide range of industries including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy and chemicals. He served as Chairman of St. Joseph's Catholic School - School Board and Finance Committee from 2008 to 2009 and Member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church - Finance Council from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Najvar is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and licensed in the state of Texas and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from CFA Institute. Mr. Najvar earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA in finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
