Robert C. DeCicco — Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group

Mr. Robert C. DeCicco serves as Manging Director at Berkeley Research Group, LLC. Mr. DeCicco served as Managing Director in Technology segment at FTI Consulting, Inc. until June 2013. Mr. DeCicco specializes in providing services related to data acquisition and forensic examinations for a variety of high-profile and confidential clients. His responsibilities span from hands-on examination and analysis of computer data to the day to day management of cases and the submission of findings to support ongoing litigations. He has provided expert testimony in a variety of criminal and civil matters specific to the behavior of data as it relates to intellectual property theft, sexual harassment, financial fraud, destruction of property and bankruptcy. Additionally, he has managed hundreds of data forensics matters of varying sizes and performed in-depth data forensics analysis for clients across a variety of business specialties. Prior to joining FTI, Mr. DeCicco served as Director of Case Management for Protiviti/PG Lewis and Associates Data Forensics group, where he managed the forensics group, all case management activity and help design the secure lab facility and develop all data forensics standard operating procedures firm wide. He gained a broad understanding of data forensics while employed in the Information Assurance Directorate of the National Security Agency prior to joining PG Lewis & Associates. Mr. DeCicco holds a B.S. in Management and Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
