They are more like friends than co-workers and I am able to talk open and honestly with them if any problems arise.

There are some nice people, but the culture is terrible, even though pretend it's perfect.

It seemed fair at the time.
Fairly easy interview process and I was able to complete the interviews over the phone.

The people I work with make my job worthwhile.
Being able to do my job without being micro-managed and yet always knowing that my co-workers and manager have my back.
I love what I do at work. I love the team I am on. My manager is always available if needed, she is always helpful if you have a personal problem or work related problem. She listens to our suggestions and opinions.
