Mr. Mark Webster serves as an Executive Managing Director and General Manager of Asia-Pacific at BGC Partners, Inc. Mr. Webster is responsible for BGC Partners' brokerage business in Asia. Mr. Webster served as the General Manager of London at BGC Partners, Inc. Mr. Webster served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of BGC Americas at BGC Partners, Inc. since February 7, 2011. Mr. Webster served as General Manager of America Operations at BGC Partners, Inc. from July 2009 to February 7, 2011. Mr. Webster is responsible for the brokerage businesses in the Asia region. He served as General Manager of Asia and an Executive Managing Director at BGC Partners, L.P. He served as President of Asia Pacific at BGC Partners, L.P. He served as General Manager of Asia at BGC Partners, Inc. from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Webster has oversight of BGC's significant expansion plans within the region where the partnership has recently doubled the number of brokers among its existing operations in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. He joined BGC in 2004 from ICAP, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific and Middle East based in Sydney. Mr. Webster has over 30 years of capital markets experience in broking and management.
