What are some of the best things about your team?It takes a really good meeting to be better than no meeting. Not the case at BHI. Office staff has to justify their job. lots of meetings, little information.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Dumb people hire dumber people to surround themselves. Makes them look less stupid in there opinion of themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The worst medical insurance I have ever had.
