better benefits fore non manager positions. Medical Insurance pay by the company not by the employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company does not pay medical insurance, they ask us to work for 6 months for testing without salary. Benefits are less than the average sector benefits. Managers do not care about team or good salaries for the employees, just care in their benefits and salaries
