Strong leadership. Not the rah-rah type, but all are very sharp, have good judgement, and good focus.

Good combination of salary and equity. Above average benefits for a startup.

Very smart, enthusiastic, fun to be around.

Laid back on the surface, but everyone is working hard. Positive, supportive environment. Lower politics than most companies.

Company on the upswing with good prospects. We're doing something positive for society and the environment. I enjoy working w/ my coworkers.
