What is the best part about your compensation package?

I really love the GrubHub credit

100% of medical is covered!

100% paid dental and vision, 100% paid high HDHSA plan (Bigleaf contributes to HSA)

I think the best part is the fact that they are continually trying to improve. Nothing is ever perfect at any place, but if there's something they see that can be improved, they go for it to improve it.

100% paid benefits, great PTO and holidays

We recently got fully-paid healthcare, which was a great improvement. Overall comp is in line with market.
