What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes our suggestions seriously!
They genuinely care about their employees and want to see them grow and develop in their career.
I have not felt so welcome as I have at Bigleaf. They have treated me with the utmost kindness, listened to fresh ideas, and do an excellent job all around.
They truly care about the people and view them as individuals not as a number
The leadership team has gone through some change lately, but they are seasoned veterans of growth companies and seem to care about the team and want to improve processes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really love the GrubHub credit

I think the best part is the fact that they are continually trying to improve. Nothing is ever perfect at any place, but if there's something they see that can be improved, they go for it to improve it.

Everyone works together and helps each other
Everyone is very mission drive and excited about what they are doing to help us grow!
Open communication, everyone is always willing to help and jump in whenever possible. We all genuinely support each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very supported here
Everyone is working together toward a common goal and wants to help Bigleaf be successful. Open and transparent communication is also provided.
The overall "can do" attitude of everyone from the CEO on down. If there's an issue, we all band together to solve it, even if it's not in our area of expertise, just to toss out ideas.
Flexibility to integrate life with work, reasonable commitments and expectations and support for who I am as a person not just an employee
The People team does a ton of work to make being here a good experience. My other team members seem to actually care about each other, which is nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and straightforward, not a long drawn out process
The interviewing process was thorough, but it wasn't routine or automated, I got to talk to people I ended up working with and learn about their team and the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the meetings where I get to interact with people outside my immediate team
Bringing skilled and diverse talent to Bigleaf. It's exciting to help scale the growth of a start up and watch it transition from a small company
The fact I'm working with incredibly talented, tech savvy users, and we're working on cutting edge technology.
Getting to work on challenging tasks, interacting with my team and seeing others succeed
Being flexible with work hours and working from home is great.
