- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like More benefits for employees
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The logistics are frustrating. I don't feel connected and I don't see a way to get more classes or earn a raise.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Attitude toward having kids. I was put off for a semester because my due date was close to the start of the semester. Not sure that's even legal.
