From 1986 to 1989, he served as Controller and then Chief Financial Officer of Brentwood Instruments Inc. From 1983 to 1986, he held financial analysis positions with W.R. Grace and Co., and Santa Fe Minerals Inc., in Dallas, Texas. Mr. de Greef served as the Chairman of Cambridge Heart Inc. from November 2008 to November 6, 2013. He serves as a Director of True Colors International Inc.He served as has been an Independent Director of Pareteum Corporation since September 23, 2015 until September 19, 2017.
