Ms. Kathryn M. Stalmack has been a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of BioScrip, Inc. since August 2015 and serves as its Secretary. Ms. Stalmack is an experienced health care lawyer who has served as outside general counsel to a variety of health care providers, including pharmacies, hospitals, home care, hospice and long term care providers. In private practice, she worked closely with senior management teams on a variety of clinical, operational, regulatory and litigation avoidance matter and strategies. Ms. Stalmack has successfully tried cases to juries, judges and administrative agencies. She was previously a shareholder in the national law firm of Polsinelli P.C. Ms. Stalmack holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University-Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University-Oxford, Ohio.
