We all get along and it is a no-drama environment. We all help each other and no job is too big or too small for anyone.

They provide support and encouragement for me. They give me all the tools I need to do my job and listen to my input for new ideas.

Right when I walked in the door, I knew that the interviewer was prepared and had reviewed my resume and already knew a lot about me. I felt welcomed right when I walked in the door.
