Dr. Venkatesh Bala is the Chief Risk Officer at Biz2Credit. He has more than two decades of experience with data and advanced analytics, including as a strategy consultant to leading global companies.
Prior to Biz2Credit, Dr. Bala was Chief Economist at the Cambridge Group, the corporate strategy division of Nielsen. Dr. Bala holds a PhD in economics from Cornell and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Before his business work, he had academic tenure at McGill University, Canada and has also been visiting faculty and taught at Columbia and Yale universities.
