My boss is the best boss I've ever had in my career. She is supportive, recognizes my accomplishments, cares about my growth and treats me as an equal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a tremendous amount of diversity which leads to learning a lot about different cultures. I love the collaboration amongst teams and the focus that is being placed on employee engagement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership is so approachable. It still has a small company feel where you can feel comfortable asking leadership a question or requesting feedback. There is a tremendous sense of vision and ownership on all facets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is on the smaller side and it feels like family. We're extremely collaborative and even though 2 of them work remotely, it feels like we're in the same office. There is also a sense of vulnerability where we can ask for assistance, provide constructive feedback and support each other.
