Mr. Andrew Hart has been employed at Blank Rome LLP in the position of Partner since March 2007. Mr. Hart was previously with Barlow Lyde & Gilbert where he served as a Partner in its Hong Kong office. Mr. Hart advises clients on all aspects of dispute resolution in the areas of employment, banking, regulatory, insolvency, property, trusts and corporate work. In addition, Mr. Hart counsels employers and employees in the preparation and termination of employee contracts, including providing advice on statutory payments, discrimination and proceedings in the Labour Tribunal and High Court. Mr. Hart also represents clients in the recoverability of loans, enforcement of security, inquiries by regulators and prosecutions by the Independent Commission against Corruption and the Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Hart's practice includes representing creditors and debtors in corporate and personal insolvency matters, including enforcement proceedings in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. He is a member of American Bar Association, Hong Kong Society of Notaries, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Law Society of Hong Kong, Law Society of England and Wales. He has a CPE and LLB from City of London Polytechnic.
