Executive Bio
Carol M. Joseph serves as Partner of Blank Rome LLP. Ms. Joseph focuses her practice on real estate and structured financing transactions. Ms. Joseph represents financial institutions and national developers in connection with the financing, acquisition and construction of numerous multifamily, commercial and mixed use real estate portfolios. Ms. Joseph is actively involved in various philanthropic endeavors including work at St. Mary Kevin Orphanage in Kajjansi, Uganda. She has and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan since 1995, Hadassah Foundation since 2007, Change the Truth Foundation since 2007, and the Jewish Women's Archive since 2008. She is a graduate of the Wexner Heritage Foundation program for leadership. Ms. Joseph holds JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1984 and BS in New York University in 1981.
