Executive Bio
Mr. Kevin C. Rakowski serves as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP. Mr. Rakowski is a member of the Consumer Financial Services team and regularly counsels and represents lenders, loan servicers and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law UDAP and consumer fraud claims, tax sale litigation and a variety of common law claims. Mr. Rakowski is experienced with all phases of litigation, including motions practice, oral argument, the discovery process, trial practice and post-trial work. He is an active member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, Trout Unlimited and the Bucks County Audubon Society. He also is a member of PennFuture, a leading Pennsylvania environmental advocacy organization. Mr. Rakowski holds JD, cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1997 and BA, cum laude from St. Joseph's University in 1994.
