Paid fairly to market while also receiving excellent health benefits. We have interesting comp package too that includes bitcoin.

Everyone is interesting and unique in their own way. There's no two people I could say that are alike
Everyone is different so it never gets stale
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A bunch of misfits working toward the same mission is the best way to describe how interesting the company is. Never a dull day
If something happens in my personal life, I know that won't effect my professional status at the company. We're trusted to get the work done at our own pace and time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The transparency throughout the process and timely feedback.
