I love the people that I work with. They are so energetic and fun to be around. Some of my best friends are at the workplace.

I feel like we are all on the same page when it comes to what the expectations are so I appreciate it when the leaders do all they can to encourage improvement and help us get there together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way that Blue Raven is so passionate about their values. The leaders really strive to exemplify and encourage that we all become better people through the values not only in the work environment, but in all aspects of our lives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is exceptional because they are always going above and beyond in meeting the needs of the employees. They are accepting and not intimidating. I also love how they are always looking for ways to be more efficient and change things up.
