I am the only person who does my job and I make sure I do a great job. I also make sure that all of our site surveyors stay on top of things.
Stock options would be a nice addition to compensation

There is a lot of focus on the numbers of each department, which is very important to how a business functions, but it would be nice if the company took a little bit of time to really focus on the little, company-wide issues that could affect communication.
