The world’s most talented professionals come from every background. Bluetree cultivates a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace to enhance the depth, innovation, and quality of the services we offer. It’s also the right thing to do for our customers, our team members, and Bluetree.
We began our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative back in 2018, as a company-wide goal. We knew had work to do, but we weren’t quite sure where to start. Fast forward a few years, and we still have work to do – but we’ve made some really great progress. At Bluetree, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is more than just a committee or a monthly meeting. It’s our commitment to our employees, our clients, and ourselves to strive for diversity in hiring, opportunity, and thought – and to be sure we’re making Bluetree a home for everyone who passes through our doors (physically or remotely).
Bluetree offers five different Employee Resource Groups (ERG). These groups have the opportunity to network, address common issues and concerns, and receive support from those who share similar backgrounds, personal characteristics, experiences, or interests. Participation takes the form of business meetings, social activities, on-going group discussions, and more! We currently offer the following ERGs to our employees: Cultural Diversity, LGBTQ+, Women, Working Parents, and Veterans.
