Mr. Richard E. Keyser, also known as Dick, has been the Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering & Construction - Boardwalk GP LLC at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP since February 2012. Mr. Keyser is responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of Boardwalk's interstate pipeline and storage assets. He has more than 34 years of experience in the interstate natural gas transmission industry. Mr. Keyser served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage Company (NGT&S), a unit of NiSource, Inc., where he was responsible for project management, project design, planning, construction management, contract negotiations and daily operations of large onshore and offshore pipeline companies. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Cheniere Energy, where he was responsible for assembling and developing an operating organization in Southwest Louisiana. Mr. Keyser served as Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services of Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co LP. (also known as Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company LLC). He has gained extensive experience in the development and execution of FERC 7c expansion projects for Trunkline and Texas Eastern pipeline systems. He served as the Board of Directors of the Pipeline Research Council and as a member of the Southern Gas Association and Southern Gas Association Operating Executives & Planning Group. Mr. Keyser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and an associate of applied science degree in Construction Technology from Iowa State University. He also completed the University of Tennessee's Executive Development program.
