What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people are very nice and helpful except few. The environment is pretty relaxed and work is slow and not too much stressful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The future of the company as I am not sure if people are going to use this service in future as better/faster payment methods are available.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Team is really old and have been in the company for years & it makes them move slow and take it easy. We need to move fast & take more risk.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Need to define clearer & realistic goals. They also need to understand what demographic are going to use this and is it future proof?
