Additionally, he held several roles, including Partner, with Arthur Andersen LLP from 1984 to 1997, specifically in Retail and Consumer Products. Mr. Culhane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
