Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No opportunities for grow, will not fullfil the posotions of associates who leave and will add more work to the current members. Huge gap of transperancy. What will make it better, more communication, be more transperant. Opportunities of grownth for the current employees. Hire additional staff.
