What do you like best about the leadership team?
Incredibly passionate and driven. It's so inspiring to see how hard they work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity, for sure. If you believe in the vision, you'll be rewarded. I love that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How collaborative everyone is. We might not always get along or agree, but everyone contributes and shares ideas freely and I think it makes us a better company because of it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It constantly drives you to do better and be better. Everyone tends to seek out a way to see things differently.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a conversation. No one sat across the table with their hands crossed. They genuinely wanted to learn about me and my experiences as well as share information with me about the role and Boon as a company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving/beating our goals. We set high goals. Sometimes they feel unachievable. But when we surpass them it's the best feeling in the world. You get to prove even yourself wrong for doubting.
