Mr. Frank D. Burt, ESQ.has been Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Boston Properties Inc., since 2003. Mr. Burt is responsible for overseeing the legal department and the delivery of legal services for Boston Properties. He represented us in the acquisition of the Prudential Center in Boston and the Embarcadero Center in San Francisco, as well as in the development and leasing of 111 Huntington Avenue in Boston. He previously worked in the real estate department at Nutter, McClennen & Fish in Boston. Mr. Burt received a BA, magna cum laude, from Brown University and a JD,cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Burt is a member of the Boston Bar Association and a speaker for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
