Mr. Michael E. LaBelle has been the Chief Financial Officer of Boston Properties Inc. General Partner of Boston Properties Limited Partnership since November 15, 2007 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2016 and Treasurer since November 15, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from April 29, 2016 to June 1, 2016. Mr. LaBelle served as Senior Vice President at Boston Properties Inc. since November 15, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since February 3, 2014. His primary responsibilities have involved managing all debt capital market activities, including maintaining the Boston Properties Inc.'s relationships with its rating agencies and lending institutions, supervising treasury management and underwriting tenant credit capacity. He joined Boston Properties Inc. in March 2000 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance since February 2005. Mr. LaBelle served as Vice President and Relationship Manager of Fleet National Bank for nine years with the responsibility of financing large scale commercial real estate developments. Mr. LaBelle started his career as an Associate National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in New York City specializing in commercial real estate debt portfolio analysis and valuation in commercial banks located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Mr. LaBelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado.
