Mr. Mortimer B. Zuckerman co-founded Boston Properties Inc. in 1970 and has been its Chairman Emeritus since May 17, 2016. Mr. Zuckerman is the Owner of New York Daily News Company and serves as its Chief Editor and Chairman. He has been the Editor-in-Chief of U.S. News & World Report L.P. since 1985 and serves as Chairman of Executive Committee and served as its Chairman since 1985. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Boston Properties Ltd. from January 10, 2010 to April 2, 2013. Mr. Zuckerman co-founded Boston Properties in 1970 after spending seven years at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Head of Office of the Chairman and Member of Office of the Chairman at Boston Properties Ltd. since May 14, 2007 until April 2, 2013. Mr. Zuckerman served as the President at New York Daily News Company. He served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Inc. and also its President of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Zuckerman was an Associate Professor of City and Regional Planning at Harvard Design School and a Lecturer of City and Regional Planning of Yale University. He serves as the Chairman and Publisher of Fast Company. Mr. Zuckerman has been the Chairman of Daily News, LP since 1993 and served as Chairman of Fast Company from January 1999 to December 2000 and Atlantic Monthly Company from 1980 to 1999. He served as an Executive Chairman of Boston Properties Inc. since June 23, 1997 to December 31, 2014 and Non Executive Chairman from January 1, 2015 May 17, 2016 and its Director from June 1997 to May 17, 2016. He has been a Director of Havas Holdings, Inc. since 1970. He serves as Director of NYC2012, Inc., Partnership and U.S. News & World Report, L.P and The Partnership For New York City, Inc. Mr. Zuckerman served as a Trustee for New York University, Hole in the Wall Gang Fund, Inc. and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He serves as on the National Advisory Board of JPMorganChase. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Zuckerman serves as Chairman of the Conference of President at Major American Jewish Organizations. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Institute for Strategic Studies and the Washington Institute for Near East Studies. Mr. Zuckerman served as a Director of Center for Communication Inc., He served as a Director at Snyder Communications, Inc., since 1974 and Seven Worldwide, Inc. from 1996 to August 4, 2003. He served as a Director of Circle.com and Aspen Institute. Mr. Zuckerman was awarded the Commandeur De L'Ordre des Arts ET des Lettres by the government of France, the Lifetime Achievement Award from Guild Hall and the Gold Medal from the American Institute of Architecture in New York. He has been Co-Publisher of New York Daily News Company since 1993. Mr. Zuckerman received an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1961, an LLM from Harvard University in 1962, three honorary degrees and is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal where he received a degree in Law in 1961 and an Undergraduate Degree in 1957.
