Richard Douglas Booth — CFO & Treasurer at Bottomline Technologies

Mr. Richard Douglas Booth, also known as Rick, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Bottomline Technologies (de), Inc. since April 29, 2015. Mr. Booth has more than 20 years of experience providing financial, strategic and operational leadership to rapidly growing global technology companies. He joined Bottomline from Sapient, a $1.4 billion revenue company with more than 13,000 employees worldwide, where he spearheaded accounting, treasury and shared service teams as second in command to the Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he held a number of senior finance positions at Nuance Communications as it grew from less than $400 million in revenue in fiscal 2006 to $1.9 billion in revenue in fiscal 2013. While at Nuance, Mr. Booth held several leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer of the $400 million healthcare division. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MS in Taxation from Bentley University, an MS in Organizational Development from American University and a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University
