Stacey Ward — Senior VP, General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Bridgeline Digital

Ms. Stacey A. Ward has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Bridgeline Digital, Inc. since August 2013 and serves as its Assistant Corporate Secretary. Ms. Ward has been with Bridgeline Digital, Inc. since August 2013 and serves as its Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Bridgeline, Ms. Ward worked as in-house counsel specializing in securities, regulation, compliance, corporate governance and enforcement at both the Boston Stock Exchange and then at NASDAQ. Her duties included managing a third-party regulatory audit of both equities and option market centers; liaised between these groups and the SEC; responded to SEC inquiries (OCIE and Enforcement Divisions); worked with and managed the oversight of FINRA in accordance with the regulatory service agreement(s) and technology; and ensured overall compliance with securities laws. Preceding her experience at NASDAQ, she worked as a civil litigation attorney. She prepared all aspects of litigation, including research and drafting memoranda; conducted depositions; analyzed and prepared various discovery documents and motions; oral advocacy; trial preparation; and represented clients in alternative dispute resolution/formal mediation. Ms. Ward is admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar, the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Ms. Ward is a founding member of two not-for-profit organizations and enjoys volunteering in her community. She served as Vice President of Bridgeline Digital, Inc. since 2013. Ms. Ward received her B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and her J.D. at the New England School of Law (n/k/a New England Law | Boston).
