What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not have any clear vision. Also, they don't value the talented people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't admire the good work. Many of my friends with same skill sets and experience are getting 60 percent more pay. Also, there is a huge layoff with in BT. Company is in great debt.
