I work for people, not a company. The people here are second to none.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The honesty about what the ride would be like at a start-up.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

As a lean startup, we have an effective management team and we're not too top heavy.

What makes you most happy at work?

Connecting with people. Clients who grow, refer, review, recommend, renew and repeat buy. Colleagues who are smart, make me laugh, ask good questions, have excellent ideas and are interesting.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I know exactly how I'm paid and what to expect so there are no surprises. I feel that the benefits are as good or better here than at larger corporate companies that I've worked for.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What we do isn't some intangible concept or solution that has no problem. What we do serves real people and helps them run their small businesses. This feels good intrinsically. We deliver on our promises. We do something that matters and we share in that positivity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone here is engaged in helping one another's teams. I feel that we all pitch in and help cross departmentally and value one another's contributions at the company. We all have clearly defined jobs to do and we're busy, but we are aware and not too siloed to care and help.
